Oak Hill Veneer, Inc. was established in 1985 as an outgrowth of Cummings Lumber Co., Inc.

The company was originally established to slice veneer from lumber produced by Cummings Lumber Co. and splice this veneer into stock panels. Customers' requests expanded the product line quickly and other slicers and clippers were added over the years to meet the needs expressed by these customers.

Today, Oak Hill Veneer produces veneer in a wide range of species, thickness and dimensions to meet the changing needs of plywood, kitchen cabinet, raised panel door, flooring and furniture companies.

Commitment to Sustainable Management

Oak Hill Veneer understands its environmental responsibility to participate in the reforestation of our land. That’s why we contribute to the Hardwood Forestry Fund. This fund, established in 1990, supports projects that promote hardwood timber growth, management and education.
